UK manufacturer of standard and bespoke steel storage & shelving including plan chests, mobile shelving, art storage. UK manufacturer of standard and bespoke acid-free archive boxes, files and folders.
We are a family owned private business designing and manufacturing steel shelving, racking and storage products and acid free conservation boxes, files and enclosures. We are ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 accredited, FSC rated and SSIP qualified. We manufacture, deliver and install mobile and static shelving, heavy-duty racking, mobile shelving, art storage, plan chests, costume storage from our base of operation in Birmingham, West Midlands. We manufacture from British Steel from TATA steel, Port Talbot. We offer storage surveys and technical assistance with space-planning and product expertise.
Whilst we are on the storage equipment frameworks for the V&A, Science Museum Group, British Museum and Imperial War Museum who procure major storage projects as they arise, we recognise that the majority of museums, archives and special collections do not fall into this size category but still have the same storage requirements and the need to be providing excellent quality storage or conservation for their collections, often on tighter budgets or less frequent funding opportunities . As a centrally located family owned business we feel able to assist the smaller or independent operations – and treat all enquiries with the same level of importance, often to help with space planning & pricing for funding bids at an early stage to ensure accuracy of figures where funding bids can be crucial to the forward planning of a museum.
Exclusively for AIM members
We offer our products to AIM members at a trade contract price that is 10% less than our standard pricing to non-AIM clients. All that is required is for any AIM enquirer to declare their membership when making an enquiry to ensure the various departments with Rotadex recognise an AIM-member enquiry.
