AIM Aspire

AIM mentoring programme providing advice, guidance and support to help you and your museum.

“An extremely empowering idea… I really valued our conversations and the reassurance provided”

It felt like a true privilege to dedicate time to focus entirely on myself – my concerns, my goals and my growth.

The programme offers a perfect blend of practical guidance and personal development. My mentor went above and beyond in tailoring her advice to our unique needs, helping us not just achieve our goals but also identify new opportunities. Her mentorship has had a lasting impact on my confidence and strategic approach to museum work.

AIM has provided mentoring opportunities to our grant recipients for several years. This opportunity has been universally well received. We were told “Please continue to offer mentors to museums”

Who is it for?

This programme provides mentoring support to individuals. You could be working for an AIM member museum or be an individual member of AIM.

How does it work?

We are now offering 10 one to one mentoring opportunities.

Provided by our experienced roster of consultants, this programme of support and development is open to anyone working in an organisation that is a member of AIM or individual AIM members. You will receive four 1 – 1 ½ hour one to one mentoring sessions with one of our consultants.
