A practical training session designed to equip you with the skills and confidence to tackle bullying, prejudice and harassment and create respectful environments.
Hosted by With Communities Inc.
What to expect
Not doing anything is still doing something.
Most people want to help they just don’t know how. This training session will help to bridge that gap by providing practical skills for real-life situations with safe intervention tactics.
Bullying, harassment, prejudice, and microaggressions chip away at trust and safety. Left unchallenged, they escalate into serious harm. Most people want to help, but freeze, worry about making things worse, or don’t know what to say. Recognising harmful behaviour and stepping in safely can prevent harm and save lives.
By joining Stand By Me, you will receive the training to act confidently and create safer, respectful environments
