AIM roundtable for the chairs of small and medium museums.
Do you want to build up your community of trustee chairs within the AIM network? Do you want an opportunity to discuss challenges in a safe space?
In this facilitated, participatory roundtable discussion, share the main objectives in the next year for your museum, and how you work with your fellow trustees. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and share tips with other trustee chairs, and celebrate the successes of your museum.
Facilitated by Margaret Harrison, AIM’s Head of Programmes.
How does the roundtable work?
Following feedback from our members, we’ve introduced a series of online roundtable events to enable members to network and support each other. Each roundtable will focus on a different topic and give you an opportunity to meet others in similar roles from around the sector, share information and success stories, and ask questions and provide support to your peers.
The roundtable will be an active, participatory session to ask questions, share positives and challenges.
For all sessions the Chatham House rule will apply, so you will be able to have open and honest discussion in a safe space.
Who should attend?
Chair of the board of small and medium museums (up to 50,000 visitors per year).
Exclusively for AIM members.
Where and when?
11am – 12.30pm Wednesday 23 September.
