AIM roundtable for museum leaders involved in championing their museum with local decision makers.
How do you champion your museum in your local area? How do you make sure decision makers understand the importance and value you bring to the local area?
In this facilitated, participatory roundtable discussion, share ways you ensure decision makers in the local area are aware of and championing your museum. Have the opportunity to ask questions, and share tips with others, and make sure your museum’s voice is heard.
Facilitated by Lisa Ollerhead, AIM’s Director.
How does the roundtable work?
Following feedback from our members, we’ve introduced a series of online roundtable events to enable members to network and support each other. Each roundtable will focus on a different topic and give you an opportunity to meet others in similar roles from around the sector, share information and success stories, and ask questions and provide support to your peers.
The roundtable will be an active, participatory session to ask questions, share positives and challenges.
For all sessions the Chatham House rule will apply, so you will be able to have open and honest discussion in a safe space.
Who should attend?
This roundtable is for decision makers within their organisation.
Exclusively for AIM members.
Where and when?
