AIM admissions research findings

Join us to hear the key findings from our recent research into admissions pricing policy in museums and its impact.  The survey results (including pricing benchmarking), alongside interview and case study findings will be outlined and key lessons and themes from the guide for museums that can be used to help decide on admissions pricing policies will be presented.

The session will be hosted by Dr Stephen Connolly and Jonathan Durnin, who conducted the research on behalf of AIM.

Dr Stephen Connolly is the Director at DC Research and has almost thirty research experience achieved through a combination of roles in both academic and private sector research.  Stephen’s work involves managing and delivering national and local research studies and supporting clients across the museums and heritage sectors throughout the UK.

Jonathan Durnin has strong portfolio of research and evaluation work in arts, heritage, museum and culture. He has nearly 30 years of research and project management experience, specialising in research reviews and evaluations, impact assessments, business planning and organisational review, and supporting complex funding applications.

This session is free to attend and open to anyone working in the sector, you don’t have to be an AIM member to attend. The session will take place on Zoom and is due to last about one hour.
