Hallmarks at Home – Marketing and communications as we reopen

This session will explore the crucial role that marketing and communications will have in reassuring, enticing and welcoming our audiences when we reopen our doors and in the months afterwards.

The session will help you with your marketing planning in turbulent and rapidly changing times, and will provide a framework for those who wish to go on to develop a marketing plan. It will also include practical tips and examples as inspiration, and opportunities to share and explore your ideas, concerns and questions with other participants.

The session will be led by Christina Lister, marketing and audience development consultant and author of AIM’s Success Guide ‘Successful Marketing for Museums’.

We will get in touch a few days before the session to get some information about your situation and whether there are particular areas you would like to discuss.
