Mae’r Rhaglen ‘Rising Leaders’ wedi ei hanelu at bobl sy’n edrych ar gymryd y camau nesaf yn eu gyrfa i arweinyddiaeth. Bydd y cwrs yn eich cefnogi i ddatblygu eich sgiliau arwain a rheoli, yn ogystal â chynyddu eich cadernid wrth i’ch gyrfa ddatblygu. Bydd cynnwys y cwrs yn cael ei gadarnhau gyda’r garfan a ddewisir, ond byddai’n cynnwys pynciau fel sgiliau negodi, datblygu arweinyddiaeth bersonol, sgiliau cyflwyno a siarad, a chefnogi llesiant staff.

Mae ceisiadau ar agor i staff Amgueddfeydd, Archifau neu Lyfrgelloedd sy’n gweithio yng Nghymru, fodd bynnag bydd y rhai nad ydynt yn gweithio i sefydliadau cenedlaethol yn cael ei blaenoriaethu.
