Trustee vacancy – Museum of the Broads
Museum of the Broads currently has seven Trustees with various skills, experience and roles, plus the Chair and two paid members of staff. The museum is seeking two new trustees with experience in law and HR to support the Board as they embark on an exciting museum redevelopment project.
- Trustee with legal experience – Particularly in the fields of property ownership and employment. Additional skills and experience would be welcome but not vital.
- Trustee with responsibility for HR – We are looking for suitable candidates who have HR experience but who can also contribute in other areas as we embark on the redevelopment project.
Additional information
Number of meetings per annum/time commitment: We have 6 meetings a year with, three in person and three virtual. Other sub-committee meeting and ‘extraordinary meetings are usually virtual. We feel there is not an issue if trustees live remotely from the museum
Daytime or evening meetings: Board Meetings usually daytime. Other sub-committee meetings usually evening (virtual)
