Trustee vacancy – Petersfield Museum & Art Gallery

Petersfield Museum and Art Gallery is currently looking to recruit new trustees to join us over the next twelve month period.

Having now been open for a year following a major (£4m) redevelopment project supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, the independent and accredited Museum and Art Gallery is looking for new trustees with a range of backgrounds and experience who are interested in joining the Museum at this exciting time in our journey.

Presently, we are particularly looking for Trustees with museum sector expertise, especially in the area of collections management, and/or experience in marketing and fundraising, but please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have other skills which you would like to offer the Museum.

  • Number of meetings per annum/time commitment: 4 – 6 Board meetings a year, plus possible attendance at sub-committee meetings.
  • Expected time commitment: 10 – 12 days per year.
  • Daytime or evening meetings: Varied to suit.
