Audience Engagement Manager – Lord Leycester Hospital

We have an exciting opportunity to join our small team as we reopen Warwick’s medieval masterpiece following extensive capital works and with a planned programme of new activities and community engagement. The project has transformed the visitor experience and was supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund, thanks to National Lottery players.

The Audience Engagement Manager will be responsible for developing, co-ordinating and the day to day delivery of the formal and informal learning and public programmes at the Lord Leycester to increase footfall, diversity our audiences, engage with local communities, and enable a wider range of people to participate in programmes and activities on site.

The post is funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund, thanks to National Lottery players.

Full-time, fixed contract until August 2025, with potential to extend

£30,000 – £32,000 per annum
