Leach Pottery – Studio Apprentice

The next Apprenticeship at Leach Pottery is now open for applications.

This is a 36 month/3 year placement at foundation level, aimed at someone with little or no previous experience of ceramics and with priority given to those based permanently in Cornwall.

Salary: National Minimum Wage (under 23) National Living Wage (over 23).

Dates

• Open morning: week of 26 April

• Closing date: 9 May 2021

• Interviews: week beginning 17 May

• Decision by: 21 May

• Start date: around July 2021.

Interviews will take place on the week of the 17 May. This is a two stage process:

• Stage 1: Practical sessions

• Stage 2: Interview.

There will be a shortlist of candidates invited to the practical sessions and from this there will be a further shortlisting process to select for interview.
