Museum & Art Gallery Director – Broadway Museum

Broadway Museum & Art Gallery is seeking a dynamic individual to lead the day-to-day management and development of our beautiful, small museum, raising its profile and attracting both visitors, Friends and Patrons. They will be responsible for one part-time staff and volunteers. They will be responsible for maintaining the Environmental Management System and for nurturing the Museum’s partnership with the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford University.

They will provide the public with a high standard of museum services while engaging with the local community. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, communication and relationship-development skills and have a practical and pragmatic approach. Reporting to the Chairman and Trustees, they will be self-motivated and resourceful.
