Voluntary vacancy – Pallant House Gallery

The Learning and Public Programmes Advisory Group is an advisory sub-committee of the Board of Trustees of Pallant House Gallery. Its purpose is to provide advice on the Gallery’s public programmes including policies and proposals for future public programmes, audience participation and the effectiveness of current public programme activity.

Members will have the opportunity to:

  • Contribute to the development of a dynamic and innovative museum engagement programme
  • Use their expertise to enhance the creative lives of the widest possible audience
  • Expand their network of contacts in the arts and heritage sector
  • Develop experience of strategic planning in a museum and gallery setting
  • Promote culture in West Sussex and the South East
  • Attend key Gallery events and act as an advocate for the organisation

This is a voluntary role, but the Gallery will reimburse Advisory Group members for reasonable travel or out-of-pocket expenses incurred as part of their participation in meetings or related activities.
