Hallmarks at Home – Volunteering and the new normal – FULLY BOOKED

THIS SESSION IS NOW FULLY BOOKED.

As the 17th of May approaches and museums are preparing for re-opening, arrangements for bringing volunteers back onsite will be at the forefront of many museums’ plans.  This practical workshop will help you to get ready for bringing volunteers back to your museum.  It will include key considerations for ensuring volunteers’ health, safety and wellbeing when they return; how to recruit and induct new volunteers in the current climate; and how to support volunteers through the changes that are taking place.

The workshop will be led by Alex Lindley, one of AIM’s Prospering Boards consultants. Alex has extensive experience of working with AIM members and other cultural and Not-for-Profit organisations to develop volunteering strategies, improve volunteer management practices and increase volunteer engagement and motivation.
